  1. Thanks for the information ! Now we have an overview of the Swedish procedure. Having the first two inspections done by an independent organization of enthusiasts sounds reasonable and affordable. What kind of fees do you have to pay for the inspections ? I'll also check the Svensk Bilprovning website for more info and contact. Scamel
  2. Hi ! I'm Istvan Razso, a member of a new Hungarian club, the Hungarian Kit Car Club. I can't speak Swedish, so I ask for some help in English. Our club is for people in Hungary who want to build and use kit cars, custom cars and modified cars. Unfortunately the present law in our country does not allow the usage of such a car. Probably Hungary is the only country in the EU with such regulations. We are interested in what regulations exists in Sweden. We know, that in the UK the SVA (Single Vehicle Approval) process defines the criteras of getting the MOT. Can you send me links to Swedish regulations (in English if possible) ? Can you write a short explanation of the official process ? E.g.: What kind of inspections has to be done on the car ? Thanks for help! We hope we can drive our cars soon! Istvan Razso
